Creatures resembling a terrifying blend of wolf and gnarled, dry tree branches. They are quadrupedal, moving with unnerving speed. Their bodies are gaunt and skeletal, covered in twisted, rough, bark-like skin and sparse, coarse, dark fur, primarily along the spine and head. Limbs are bony and resemble gnarled tree branches. Their heads are wolf-like skulls, elongated and devoid of flesh, with no distinct ears, only ragged, broken wood-like openings. Instead of eyes, they have deep, empty sockets that glow with an eerie, sickly yellow light. Their mouths are filled with numerous elongated, razor-sharp, black, bone-like fangs. They have long, razor-sharp, dark, woody claws on each paw. Their tails are thin and whip-like, covered in sparse fur and bark fragments.
