An immense, ancient male dragon, gaunt from prolonged captivity but still radiating immense, suppressed power. His scales are a deep rust red, almost black in the deepest shadows, with patches of sooty charcoal grey where scales are lost or scarred. His body is covered in rough, ancient scales and leathery underbelly. He has a powerful maw with prominent, slightly broken fangs. Small, flat reptilian ears are barely visible against his head. Gnarled, multi-pronged horns, dark and ancient, blend with the sooty grey of his head. He has no body hair or fur. His eyes, initially closed, reveal incandescent amber, slit pupils glowing with primal fury when enraged. His torn, tattered leathery wings are scarred and brittle-looking, barely clinging to his powerful frame.

Heavy, ancient black iron chains, corroded and thick, are wrapped around his neck, limbs, and torso, digging into his flesh, some links broken or strained from his attempts to escape.
